Philippine Seafarers Assistance Programme
The Philippine Seafarers Assistance Programme (PSAP), founded in 1981, is a non-stock, non-profit foundation which aims to support Filipino seafarers, as well as seafarers from the developing world, in their quest for better and humane working and living conditions.
I am Sofie Hofmann and I have been designing websites since 1999. My background is in training, sales and marketing before venturing into web design and development but merely as a hobby.
